ADMISSION INFORMATION

We accept students from different backgrounds without discrimination. Student advice committee will assist pupils with the curriculum and the admissions process, as well as dealing with problems of personal adjustment.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

The following documents are required upon admission:

Grade 1

Birth certificate

Pre-school Progress report (PPR).

Two passport photos

Copy of medical aid

Certified ID Copy or Passport of Parent/ Guardian

Grade 2 – 12

Birth Certificate / Certified I.D copy / Passport of applicant

Two Passport Photos

Transfer letter if from another school

Most recent academic report

Copy of medical aid

Certified ID Copy or Passport of Parent/ Guardian

Study Permit for international learners

The average application processing time is about one week after we have received all the necessary documents.

SUBMIT THE APPLICATION

 

Option 1

ONLINE APPLICATION

The online application will take about 5 to 10 minutes for you to complete.

The relevant documents that are required to complete the application must be attached. If you do not have all the documents, you can always scan and email the documents to registrations@stmarksschool.co.za or upload the documents on our website. Do note that completion of an application will depend on receiving of all the required document

Please fill out the REGISTRATION FORM and provide us with the necessary required documents.

PAYMENT AND ASSESSMENTS

 

An annual Non-refundable registration Fee is required.  The payment can be done either via cash in the school office or via bank transfer. Please note that that the application will only be considered complete upon receipt of this payment. Please use your child´s name as a reference for this payment.

STEP 3

ACCEPTANCE & CONFIRMATION

 

Letter of offer will be sent by Admissions office. On receipt of the completed documentation and payment, you will receive a letter confirming successful enrollment

Student contract needs to be signed by Parents or legal Guardian

Acceptance deposit (Boarding) is required at this point of time. This payment will be deducted from first term fees if learner is enrolled.
